The Geebee will be a challenge! At least that’s what I thought… it turned out to be a great racer with it’s own charme. An eye catcher at every event. Of course everyone pulls out his camera phone on final to see the legendary flip-over, just to be disappointed because it’s coming in like a piece of cake… I love the Geebee and every behavior of it. It tracks nicely and is very manouverable! The adrenaline and fun combined with its great looks is worth every drop of sweat lost!

The CARF-Models GeeBee R2 is exactly what you need. The first time I saw the GeeBee R2 in person, it literally blew my mind. The unique proportions of this plane are just impressive! As Delmar Benjamin also proved with the full scale R2, the GeeBee has surprisingly good aerobatic characteristics thanks to its teardrop fuselage shape. Endless knife edges and super slow rolls are the trademark! Compared to other scale prop planes, this is certainly a very special feature and will let you shine on every airshow. And even if the pulse increases when it comes to landing, the behavior is quite easy to control. Surprisingly there is absolutely no tendency to tip stall. The plane is absolutely stable in approach. And also the ground handling is quite unspectacular, especially on grass runways. I have rarely felt such intrinsic satisfaction with any other aircraft. Certainly one of the greatest features of this unique plane ;-)
