The ARES 157 is a powerful, compact, gasoline-powered 4-stroke boxer engine designed for demanding model pilots who value reliability, efficiency, and authentic sound. Built around the proven OHV principle, it combines lightweight construction with impressive torque and performance comparable to modern 2-stroke engines, while operating at lower RPM and producing reduced noise.

Precision CNC-machined aluminum components, together with a crankshaft and crankcase machined from a single piece, ensure exceptional durability, low weight, and maximum reliability. The advanced reed valve intake system pre-compresses the fuel mixture inside the crankcase, improving throttle response, mixture distribution, and overall running characteristics while eliminating the need for an external fuel pump.

The ARES 157 features a maintenance-free camshaft drive, central propeller mounting system, and a modern CDI ignition with telemetry and diagnostic functions. Dynamic ignition timing control provides excellent torque throughout the RPM range and ensures smooth, reliable engine operation.
