The Rebel Classic 2m is a famous Sport Jet in the Pirotti Models "REBELS" family. After CARF-Models took over production, marketing, and sales of all REBEL variants, we put the most effort into this 2 m version. Since the production tooling was old and worn, we decided to make a new mold after upgrading the construction details based on years of customer experience and discussions with Mauro Pirotti, who gave us valuable advice on what his customers loved and what they sometimes criticized.
The Rebels all feature this typical Italian design, a little like the charismatic Italian supercars we all know very well. Italian Design and German Engineering have never been a bad combination, so all the Rebels will now be hard to beat! We hope that by joining forces with CARF-Models' powerful production plant, we can provide all the Rebels faster, with top-notch quality, and with much more prefabrication than before.
The Classic 2m Rebel is now for sure the best in its size. CARF has put all its skills and experience into prefabricating the kit and painting the schemes, and the scope will continue to expand.
Of course, all available schemes are painted in the molds and, in some areas, touched up from the outside to represent a flawlessly shiny, seam-free surface in all directly visible areas. All 4 sizes of the Pirotti Rebels will be available with the CARF-typical new level of quality and prefabrication, and the smallest of them all, the Rebel CLASSIC, will be no different.
The hardware included in the kit meets the highest quality standards and is made in Germany by reputable manufacturers. High-quality ball links and clevises, zinc-plated all-thread pushrods, and 8-.8 better-strength-rated, blackened Allen bolts and nickel-plated self-tapping screws. No additional hardware is needed for this highly prefabricated airplane.
Everything is ready for installing RC components, linkages, wiring, servos, the engine, electric landing gear, and battery packs; there is simply no "building" to be done. It is all about equipment installation ONLY.

Landing Gear
The Rebel Classic 2m is designed to accept an economically priced JP e-retract system with wheels and e-brakes. This gear is of very high quality and has proven reliable in hundreds of other applications. However, we can also fit an Electron gear set if the customer wants it. We provide an ARF-Plus package containing the complete landing gear, fuel tank, and thrust tube, all preinstalled in the airplane, which we highly recommend, as you get the value of this preinstallation almost free of charge.
For our Rebel CLASSIC, we offer a wide range of accessories. These include electric retractable landing gear, a fuel tank, a thrust tube, and an optional UAT. In addition, we offer high-quality MacGregor servos in combination with our very own CARF-Models servo arms – perfectly matched to the model and the demands of a high-performance sport jet.

Flying Characteristics
Discussing the flying performance of a Rebel, no matter the version or size, feels like carrying coals to Newcastle... The Rebels are docile, precise, and predictable airplanes to fly. The CARF construction is strong, rigid, and reliable, making it the combo you want. The 2m size is just a little bigger than the "pocket plane" but not as big as a full-size sport jet today. It was the first of all Rebels, but might now be the best match for today's needs, especially after all has been made new...

The Rebel series sport jets are amazing in any size. The 2m classic is no exception. This a great “first jet” or a jet just to have in your hanger. This size allows for easy transport and storage, making it very convenient. Flying it with a Kingtech 102g4 makes a light-weight setup with tons of flying time. Electron retracts allow the jet to take off from easily and reliably from grass. The Rebels are very similar to flying a pattern plane!

My Rebel Classic by Carf Models is truly an amazing Jet. After just a couple of flights, I immediately realize its outstanding craftsmanship and performance. I can feel the slick aerodynamics seamlessly cut thru the air like a knife fast and furiously at high speed. Despite the Jets stunning aesthetics, I am most impressed about the magnificent marvel of engineering and lightweight design which is evident when I perform maneuvers and slow flight. Aerobatic maneuvers are crisp, tight, and precisely displayed; specially flying at smooth speed or even super slow flight. Lastly, but the least are my favorites - the whistling sound of the air intake and ability to nose wheely on takeoffs and landings, there is simply like no other out there!
