It is with great regret that we had to adjust our web pricing for our USA customers to reflect the new, and hopefully final tariffs. We all sincerely hope that this is only of temporary nature, until certain people come to their senses and realize how damaging these tariffs will be to you our customers, to our business and the world economy. For the time being, however, our prices reflect a 19% import tariff for products from Thailand and 15% from Europe, from August 8th onwards. However, we have created a system with our shipping partners so that no import tariff should become due at drop shipments from Germany. Drop shipments from the factory in Thailand may be hit with import tariffs, but you will be able to request a refund when sending in a copy of the original payment receipt. Orders paid before Aug. 8th, or quotes with old prices, not adjusted to the after-tariff value, are subject to a tariff surcharge calculated individually by your Rep. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if tariffs are not paid as charged.
