Spitfire Landing Gear (Electron_Brake)

This is the new CARF-Models Spitfire landing gear. It has been designed with the problematic ground handling of the Spitifre in mind. This gear is a CARF-Models design, working with Electron components and their magnificent GS-200 with brakes and Gyro. This gear set is only available as a complete set with ER-50 scale struts, scale wheels, brakes (installed) and controller. 

With this gear the ground handling of our Spitfire will even be on asphalt runways so much easier than before. The gyro on the wheel brakes helps to straighten out the ground roll before the pilot can even react. Additionally, the brakes support the steering and so the free casting tail gear will never be a problem again. Just like the full scale is steered...

The brakes are very small on purpose, so that the braking power is always moderate and will not cause the plane to nose-over.
